Job Description : Chief Executive Officer – Natural Gas / Energy Business Ranish Human Capital is supporting a leading Natural Gas & Energy business with operations across the Gulf & African markets in identifying a senior business leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an accomplished Oil & Gas / Natural Gas / LNG / Energy professional to lead Business growth, Operational excellence, Commercial expansion and Market development across emerging energy markets. Key Responsibilities Lead overall business strategy, execution and growth. Drive revenue, Profitability, EBITDA and P&L Performance. Provide leadership across Commercial, Operations, Projects, Supply Chain, Finance and People. Accelerate growth across Natural Gas, LNG and related energy solutions. Develop strategic relationships with Industrial customers, Power companies, Investors and Business partners. Drive new market development and strategic partnerships across Gulf and African markets. Lead major projects and investments from concept through execution and commercialisation. Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and HSE standards. Build and lead a high-performance leadership team. Ideal Profile 25–30+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Natural Gas, LNG or Energy. Proven experience in a senior business leadership / P& L role. Strong understanding of the Natural Gas / LNG value chain and commercial operations. Track record in business growth, operations, projects and strategic partnerships. Experience working across Gulf and/or African markets would be highly relevant. Strong stakeholder management experience with governments, regulators, investors, customers and strategic partners.
