Job Description : Head – Moulding | RO Industries EUROPE Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience Experience: 25+ years in Plastic Moulding / Injection Moulding / Consumer Durables / RO / Manufacturing Qualification: B.E./M.E. (Mechanical / Plastic Engineering) Key Responsibilities · Take complete ownership of the Moulding Department. · Develop and execute business growth and capacity strategy. · Lead Mould Development, Injection Moulding, Production, Quality and Cost Optimisation. · Drive production capacity, productivity and operational efficiency. · Ensure timely availability of moulded components as per production requirements. · Manage mould maintenance, machine utilisation, manpower and material efficiency. · Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and automation. · Ensure quality standards, minimum rejection and continuous improvement. · Build and lead a strong Moulding Department team. Key Objective Build a highly efficient and cost-effective Moulding operation by driving productivity, quality, capacity utilisation, cost optimisation, automation and manufacturing excellence
