HEAD OF SUPPLY

Job Description : HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN UAE 25+ years experience We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead procurement, sourcing, demand & supply planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution. Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms. Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging and other supplies. Optimize inventory levels, working capital and inventory turnover. Oversee import/export, freight forwarding and logistics operations where applicable. Drive cost reduction, process improvement and operational efficiency. Establish and monitor key KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time, service levels and procurement savings. Strengthen SOPs, controls, ERP/SAP processes and supply chain governance. Identify supply risks and develop effective business-continuity and contingency plans. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Production, Quality and Operations. Candidate Profile: 15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail or a large-scale organization. Proven experience in a senior management / leadership role. Strong expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory, warehousing and logistics. Excellent negotiation, analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills. Strong understanding of ERP/SAP and supply-chain analytics. Experience in local and international sourcing, imports/exports and vendor development will be an advantage. MBA / Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering or a relevant discipline preferred.
