Job Description : Head - Technical (Steel) ETHIOPIA Key Requirements: 15+ years of leadership experience in Iron & Steel Manufacturing • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy Job Duties: • Managing TMT, Hot Rolling Mills, SMS & integrated plant operations • Lead Greenfield/Brownfield projects, commissioning & plant modernization • Manage EPC projects, maintenance, reliability & asset management • Drive automation, process control, digital manufacturing & Industry 4.0 • Lead engineering, operations, maintenance, projects & automation teams • Drive cost optimization, energy efficiency & operational reliability • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental & quality standards
