PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER EAST AFRICA FOR PIPES AND TUBES Lead production operations across Pipe/Tube Mills, Roll Forming, Slitting, Shearing & Wire Products. Achieve production, efficiency, quality and cost targets. Optimize manpower, raw materials, machinery and production processes. Drive Kaizen, continuous improvement, waste reduction and SOP implementation. Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO and statutory requirements. Lead and develop production teams and manage contractors. Control production budgets, WIP/FG inventory and operating costs. Key Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 1015 years’ manufacturing experience, preferably in Pipes & Tubes. 4–5 years’ experience managing production teams. Strong experience in Tube/Pipe Mills & Roll Forming; Wire Products exposure is an advantage. Knowledge of Kaizen, production planning, cost control, HSE and SAP/ERP. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. ERB registration preferred/required.
