Job Description : HEAD OF MANYU FACTURING EXCELLECE EAT AFRICA Identify skill gaps and develop technical training programs for CRM Operations & Maintenance teams. Drive Operational Excellence, productivity and process improvement in Cold Rolling Mill operations. Lead RCA, Kaizen, 6S/5K and continuous improvement initiatives. Improve CRM process efficiency, quality, safety and equipment reliability. Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance. Qualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. 15+ years’ experience in Technical Operations/Production/Quality, preferably in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM)/flat steel manufacturing. Strong knowledge of CRM processes, RCA, productivity improvement and technical training. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
