Job Description : Product Manager – Food Products (CPG/FMCG) | West Africa An exciting opportunity is available with a leading global agribusiness and FMCG organization for the position of Product Manager – Food Products. ???? Location: Accra, Ghana (West Africa) ???? Experience: Around 8 Years ???? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization ? Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities ? Lead new product development with R&D, Packaging, and Quality teams ? Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies ? Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales for successful product launches ? Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements ? Ensure compliance with food safety, packaging, labeling, and regulatory requirements ???? Ideal Candidate: ? Around 8 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Category Management, or New Product Development within Food, FMCG, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) ? 2–3 years of Africa market experience is mandatory ? Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills ? Experience in launching and managing food products across multiple markets will be an added advantage
