Job Description : CFO DELHI FOR IBM Graduate Engineer in Computer science; MBA from premium B-school / Tier 1 colleges with 25+ years of prior experience with prior experience of : · Leading SBU / Independent Business with experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies · In-depth knowledge of finance and workforce management principles · Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation to drive Business Development and Sales · 5+ years in a manufacturing industry •Familiarity with digital market space and emerging technologies Key Responisibilities of the role are: Strategy and Planning 1.Create and drive short-term and long-term digital strategy through deployment of digital solutions 2.Ensure that innovative technology systems and procedures are established across the value chain to drive business value Stakeholder Management 1.Collaborate with the BU heads & BE function to identify the business requirements and drive prioritization, development, and delivery of new digital platforms/Solutions 2.Bring in industry best practices and emerging technologies for BU Heads to explore and leverage for respective BUs Financial 1.Assess for ROI of Digitization initiatives in line with envisaged benefits 2.Set financial and growth targets for Digital business in line with intended profitability and business requirements Customer 1.Proactively identify target segments / geographies for new customer acquisition basis product categories 2.Formulate dedicated customer account plans to drive customer retention and optimize customer lifetime value Process 1.Undertake effective resource allocation decisions, including central resource allocations & vendor selection in alignment with the overall budget and strategy 2.Track performance and successful deployment of digital solutions for customers / in-house plants and units People 1.Attract & retain new types of top digital talent (developers, data scientists, UX experts, etc.) that will effectively turn digital use cases into a digital capability.
