Equipment: HEMM (Mandatory) | HMV | LMV ? Experience: 17+ Years ???? Qualification: Degree/Diploma – Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or related field We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Stores Spare Parts to manage spare parts planning, inventory control, warehouse operations and distribution for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (Mandatory Experience) , Heavy Motor Vehicles and Light Motor Vehicles. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ?? Manage warehouse operations for automobile and mining equipment spare parts. ?? Monitor and analyse daily, weekly and monthly stores reports across multiple locations. ?? Ensure timely material receipt, storage and issue as per schedule. ?? Conduct periodic physical inventory verification and reconciliation. ?? Manage spare parts planning for Earth Moving Machinery, HMV amp; LMV. ?? Prepare monthly and annual spare parts forecasts and maintain optimum inventory levels. ?? Manage distribution and inventory control across multiple locations. ?? Ensure effective ERP-based inventory management and reporting. ?? Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely availability of critical spare parts. ?? Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost reduction. ???? CANDIDATE PROFILE ? 17+ years of experience in Spare Parts Management ? Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field ? Strong knowledge of HEMM, Commercial Vehicles amp; Automotive Spare Parts ? Expertise in Inventory Planning, Stock Control amp; Forecasting ? Experience in Warehouse Operations amp; Spare Parts Logistics ? Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP inventory systems ? Strong Vendor Management amp; Procurement skills ? Ability to optimize inventory costs while maintaining spare parts availability ? Experience managing stores/inventory across multiple locations will be preferred????
