Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER – SOLOMON ISLANDS Goodman Fielder International is looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead its in-country operations in Solomon Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a business, build strong networks and drive sustainable growth across the Solomon Islands market. ???? Key responsibilities include: • Drive sales, profit, volume and market share growth • Expand distribution networks and identify new business opportunities • Oversee warehousing, inventory and logistics operations • Lead and develop the local team • Strengthen distributor, customer and stakeholder relationships • Drive strong in-market execution for Wilmar and Goodman Fielder brands • Lead supply chain and logistics activities to deliver excellent customer service ???? What we’re looking for: • 15+ years of senior commercial, operations or general management experience • Experience in consumer goods or wholesale distribution is an advantage • Strong knowledge of distribution, warehousing and logistics • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills • Strong commercial and relationship-building capabilities • Self-driven, resilient and able to work independently • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Solomon Islands ????
