Group Facility Manager

Job Description : GROUP: FACILITY MANAGER QATAR o Minimum 15 years of Experience o Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering o Should be able speak, read and write Arabic & English o Knowledge in construction and civil engineering principles & practices o Local knowledge of government processes and regulations o Analyzing Expertise & Technology o Delivering Results & Customer Expectations o Develop plans, budgets, and designs and undertake quick costings for various projects. o Undertake project management for building construction, new development, expansions and improvement, or installation projects. o Collaborate with Government officials for required licenses and permissions related to maintenance and construction. o Provide technical and administrative solutions for facilities/maintenance issues to ensure efficient maintenance and up keep of all building and facilities
