Senior Plant / Fleet Manager

Job Description : Senior Plant / Fleet Manager - West Africa - 7/2 Rotation We are currently recruiting for a Senior Plant / Fleet Manager to join the mobilisation of a major open-pit mining operation in West Africa. This is a senior leadership role on a 7 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule, responsible for the performance, reliability and maintenance of a large heavy mining equipment fleet. We're looking for candidates with: - Senior fleet management experience in large-scale open-pit mining - Strong knowledge of Komatsu haul trucks, excavators, dozers and support equipment - Expertise in preventative maintenance, asset reliability and maintenance planning - Experience leading maintenance teams in excess of 70 in remote mining environments - Stable employment history with main dealers or large contractors
