Job Description : PLANT HEAD EAST AFRICA 20-25+ Years in Plastic Pipes & Fittings Industry SWR PIPES & FITTINGS PLUMBING PIPES & FITTINGS uPVC / CPVC PPR PIPES & FITTINGS HDPE PIPES & FITTINGS AGRI PIPES (HDPE/LDPE) CORE EXPERTISE REQUIRED INJECTION MOULDING Strong exposure in Injection Moulding machines & operations Mould setting, trials and new product development Process parameter optimization for quality, cycle time & productivity Experience in manufacturing of SWR, Plumbing, uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE fittings Troubleshooting of moulding defects (short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, etc.) Mould life management and coordination with tool room Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish and quality KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EXTRUSION Strong exposure in Extrusion lines & operations Process optimization for uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE pipes Control of parameters - temperature, pressure, screw speed, haul-off, cooling, etc. Ensure consistent pipe dimensions, weight and appearance Production planning, capacity utilization and OEE improvement Minimize rejections, scrap and material wastage Troubleshooting of line-related issues and process stabilization IDEAL CANDIDATE Drive overall Lead, develop plant operations and manage & Extrusion) teams (Injection Moulding high-performing Ensure productivity, quality, cost optimization and capacity utilization
