Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer – Manufacturing MANCHESTER UK Open to Indian candidates, supporting full relocation with family We are looking for a seasoned Group CFO to provide strategic and financial leadership across a diversified, manufacturing-led business group with multiple entities, plants and business verticals. ???? Key Responsibilities:- • Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning and performance management • Oversee finance operations across multiple manufacturing plants and business entities • Drive financial controls, accounting, governance, taxation and statutory compliance • Lead treasury, liquidity, working capital and capital structure management • Drive fundraising, debt raising, refinancing and banking relationships • Partner with the Board, Promoters and Business Heads on growth, profitability and capital allocation • Lead financial evaluation of M&A, JV, investments and strategic initiatives • Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and value creation • Strengthen enterprise risk management and governance frameworks • Build and lead high-performing, multi-location finance teams • Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to the Board and senior stakeholders ????
