Job Description : ) CFO UAE Family Office 20-25 years experience established Family Office in Dubai who are going through an institutionalization process. Core requirements: 1) In the most appropriate way, we need a 'jack of all trades' here. Someone who can be budgeting and reporting one day, and helping structure a fund the next. Someone coming from a Family Office environment will be the best fit for this. 2) An understanding of international tax efficiencies, and fund/ entity structuring is a major benefit. 3) This is somewhat of a hybrid role. Whilst Finance is the core function, this person will also have lots of involvement in the investment side. Analyzing annual investment mandates, involvement in capital allocation decisions. 4) Energy, ambition, is key. This is not a sleepy finance role. The CEO wants a right-hand-man to help institutionalize and grow the firm. We will be conducting this search on a direct approach/ headhunt basis. There is no job ad to apply to.
