Role: R&D Head – Food / #FMCG We are looking for an experienced R&D Head to lead product innovation, development, and commercialization. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch • Drive product reformulation, renovation, and improvement • Manage factory trials, scale-up, and commercialization • Optimize formulations, raw materials, yield, and product cost • Improve product quality, consistency, shelf life, and sensory attributes • Ensure FSSAI, food safety, regulatory, and labeling compliance • Lead packaging development and optimization • Coordinate with QA&QC teams • Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing & Supply Chain
