I'm currently conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager to lead a multi-shift flexible packaging manufacturing operation. This role has full responsibility for plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, cost control, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a leader who: ? Builds accountability through managers and supervisors ? Drives operational excellence through KPIs and data ? Maintains a strong presence on the production floor ? Develops people while improving plant performance ? Partners effectively across Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR functions Ideal backgrounds include flexible packaging, converting, flexographic printing, film, plastics, food packaging, or other process manufacturing environments.
