Job Description : PLANT HEAD | PHARMA IRELAND ???? Experience: 20+ Years Open to International candidates ???? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA • QA Background Mandatory. • Current Designation must be AGM / DGM QA. • Strong Sterile Manufacturing Plant experience required. • Experience in Lyophilized / Lyophilised Injectable manufacturing. • Experience in Isolator-based sterile operations. • Strong exposure to Liquid Injection manufacturing. • Candidates with strong Quality + Plant Operations leadership experience preferred. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PLANT HEAD • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. • Drive end-to-end plant operations covering Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, EHS and support functions. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, quality systems and data integrity standards. • Lead sterile manufacturing operations for Lyophilized and Liquid Injections, including isolator-based processes. • Oversee manufacturing performance, productivity, capacity utilization, yield, OEE and cost optimization. • Ensure effective execution of CAPA, deviations, change controls, investigations and risk management. • Lead plant readiness for regulatory inspections, customer audits and internal quality audits. • Establish and maintain a strong quality and compliance culture across the organization. • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and right-first-time manufacturing practices. • Ensure timely execution of validation, qualification and technology-transfer activities. • Lead cross-functional teams and develop a strong second line of leadership. • Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, manpower planning and overall business performance. • Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of the entire manufacturing facility.
