Job Description : ) Financial Controller – Dubai Veritas Recruit has been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced Financial Controller for an established international organisation in Dubai. This is a key hire for the business. We are looking for a technically strong finance professional who can come into the organisation, raise standards across the finance function and strengthen the overall control environment. The successful candidate will combine excellent accounting and finance expertise with strong people leadership and the confidence to challenge, improve and implement better ways of working. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the day-to-day accounting and financial control function Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting standards Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies Drive improvements across month-end, reporting and accounting processes Review existing processes and identify areas requiring greater control or efficiency Partner with senior stakeholders across the business Support audit, compliance and wider finance transformation initiatives This role would suit someone who enjoys getting under the hood of a finance function, identifying where improvements can be made and then driving those changes through the business. Up to AED 34,000 per month
