Job Description : HIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) – KINSHASA, DRC ???????? The Recruit Globe is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a group operating own-brand restaurants and QSR franchise outlets in Kinshasa. ???? Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo ???? Employment: Full-Time | Executive Leadership ???? Key Requirements • 20+ years of experience in Restaurants, QSR or Food Service • 5+ years as CEO, COO or senior P&L leader • Proven experience managing own-brand restaurants + franchise operations • Strong track record of opening and scaling profitable outlets • Excellent knowledge of P&L, unit economics, financing & CAPEX • Strong franchise agreement, lease and supplier contract negotiation skills • Experience in supply chain, food safety and operational compliance • Francophone Africa experience is highly desirable ???? Leadership Focus The CEO will drive group strategy, business growth, financial performance, restaurant operations, QSR franchise management, supply chain, marketing, people leadership and governance.
