Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Tanzania | E-commerce | Digital Lending | Credit & Working Capital CONFIDENTIAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – TANZANIA ???????? Our client is a fast-growing, technology-enabled, transaction-intensive business operating in the B2B / E-commerce / Digital Lending space and is looking to appoint a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function in Tanzania. Key Requirements • 12–18 years of overall Finance experience • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) • Strong experience in the E-commerce / B2B Commerce / Fintech / Digital Lending ecosystem • Hands-on exposure to Credit & Lending operations, credit management and financial risk • Strong expertise in Working Capital, Cash Flow, Treasury and Liquidity Management • Experience managing high-volume, transaction-intensive businesses • Strong commercial and strategic finance orientation • Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost optimisation • Strong exposure to P&L management and business partnering • Experience in finance systems, preferably SAP Business One • Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, compliance and internal controls • Ability to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy and growth • Candidates should be willing to relocate to Tanzania The Opportunity This is a strategic leadership position for a finance professional who can go beyond traditional controllership and play a key role in business growth, credit, liquidity, working capital optimisation, profitability and financial decision-making. ????
