Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – MANUFACTURING COPENHAGEN, DENAMRK Open to International candidates ???? Function: Manufacturing / Production - Pharma ???? Qualification: M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech ???? Experience: 20–25 Years We are looking for an accomplished Manufacturing / Production Leader with strong experience in managing large-scale plant operations, production planning, productivity improvement, quality systems, cost optimization, factory administration and people leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent will be responsible for: • Leading end-to-end manufacturing and production operations and ensuring achievement of monthly, weekly and daily production targets. • Driving production planning, plan-vs-actual monitoring and corrective actions for deviations. • Coordinating closely with Supply Chain, Materials, Quality, Stores and other cross-functional teams for seamless manufacturing operations. • Ensuring availability and optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials and manufacturing facilities. • Driving improvements in productivity, plant efficiency, yield, downtime reduction and manufacturing costs. • Improving manufacturing processes and plant layouts and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Ensuring adherence to quality processes and driving timely Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Leading GMP / ISO, TQM and 5S implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensuring robust EHS / Safety systems, statutory compliance and audit readiness. • Monitoring WIP and inventory, identifying variances and initiating corrective actions. • Maintaining cordial Industrial Relations and building strong shop-floor engagement. • Leading Production / Factory Administration teams comprising Executives, Supervisors and Workmen. • Developing people through performance management, coaching, talent identification and capability building. • Driving manufacturing MIS, performance dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives. IDEAL CANDIDATE We are particularly interested in senior manufacturing professionals who bring: ? 20–25 years of progressive manufacturing experience ? Strong end-to-end plant / production leadership exposure ? Experience managing a sizeable shop-floor workforce ? Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, TQM, 5S, Safety and statutory compliance ? Demonstrated achievements in productivity, cost reduction, automation, yield improvement and operational excellence ? Strong cross-functional and people-management capabilities ?
