Job Description : CRO GCC Chief Retail Officer (CRO) to lead the retail strategy, commercial performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and overall retail growth of a leading group in Lebanon. The CRO will assume overall accountability for the retail function, including retail strategy, operations, commercial performance, customer experience, brand development, and business growth. Reporting to the executive leadership, the CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking retail strategy that strengthens market positioning, maximizes commercial performance, enhances operational efficiency, and drives sustainable revenue and profitability. This is a senior executive mandate requiring a commercially driven retail leader with strong operational expertise, market insight, financial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to lead complex retail operations at scale. Required Experience • Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience in retail, consumer-facing businesses, commercial operations, or related sectors. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Retail Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior management or executive leadership positions.• Proven experience leading large-scale retail or commercial operations with direct responsibility for business performance. • Strong track record in delivering revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and business development. • Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial operations involving multiple business units, product categories, brands, or locations. • Proven experience in developing and executing commercial and retail strategies. • Strong experience in negotiating and managing strategic commercial relationships and agreements.
