Job Description : Finance Director Location: Dubai, UAE We're looking for a seasoned Finance Director to join a publicly listed integrated energy & infrastructure group with assets spanning petroleum storage, maritime, and refinery. Responsibilities: Group financial reporting & audited FS Cash flow, treasury & forecasting Business planning & budgeting Audit management (external & internal) Capital markets & lender engagement Finance team leadership Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years in senior finance roles Listed company experience (DFM/ADX or equivalent) CA/CPA/ACCA / CFA qualified Energy, infrastructure or maritime background preferred Sukuk / project finance exposure a strong plus
