Job Description : GROUP HR HEAD | CHENNAI TMangoes HR Consulting is currently handling a confidential search for a Group HR Head for a large, diversified business group with significant manufacturing operations. We are looking for an accomplished HR leader who has successfully managed the complete people agenda across Corporate HR + Manufacturing/Plant HR + multiple locations/business units. POSITION: GROUP HR HEAD ???? Experience: 24–30 years ???? Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate qualification in HR from a reputed institution with Good Career stability, Pref from Chennai /TN ???? Industry Preference: Any Manufacturing | FMCG | Food & Beverage ???? CTC: ?70–90 LPA / Negotiable for the right candidate ???? Preferred Age: 50–54 years Candidates should have demonstrated experience in: ? Corporate HR as well as Plant HR ? Managing HR across multiple manufacturing plants / locations / business units ? Working with large manufacturing-driven organizations with PAN-India operations ? Strong Industrial Relations & Employee Relations ? Union negotiations, wage settlements and collective bargaining ? Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Planning ? Organization Development & Change Management ? Performance Management and Leadership Development ? HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Audits ? Employee Engagement & Retention ? HR Digitization / Transformation ? Partnering directly with CEO / Board / Business Leadership KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and execute the Group HR strategy aligned with business priorities. Plant HR & Industrial Relations • Provide HR leadership across manufacturing locations. • Lead IR/ER, union negotiations, wage settlements, collective bargaining, grievances and disciplinary matters. • Ensure statutory and labour-law compliance across locations. Talent & Organization Development • Drive workforce planning and recruitment across leadership, managerial, technical and shop-floor positions. Performance & Capability Development • Strengthen performance-management systems aligned with business and manufacturing KPIs. • Drive capability-building initiatives covering leadership, safety, lean manufacturing, technical upskilling and automation readiness. HR Operations & Governance • Oversee HR Operations, Attendance, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Audits. • Strengthen HR policies, processes, governance and MIS across the Group. • Champion HR digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. Employee Engagement & Culture • Drive employee engagement, retention and welfare initiatives. WHO SHOULD APPLY?
