FACTORY MANAGER

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER INDONESIA a food manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations across a large-scale facility. This is a full-time role based on-site, offering the opportunity to oversee a workforce of 1,000+ employees and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in plant management, total productive maintenance (TPM), and lean methodologies to optimise capacity and operational excellence. Lead a 1,000+ person operation with responsibility for manufacturing output, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive world-class operational standards through TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices Manage high-capacity production while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across all plant functions Preferred Requirements Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Plant Manager in food manufacturing or similar large-scale production environments Strong understanding of world-class manufacturing principles and operational excellence frameworks Demonstrated expertise in total productive maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience managing large teams and high-capacity operations with accountability for output, safety, and cost control Knowledge of maintenance and engineering functions, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline Formal certification or training in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies Background in food manufacturing or regulated production environments
