Sales and Business Development Manager 
8 yearsJob Description : SALES AND BDM DUBAI Focus on proactively initiating new business relationships in locally based organizations and modern trade supermarkets and be the primary contact for existing clients for account management and revenue growth. • Maximize the company's gross profit through negotiations with vendor partners to expand business opportunities, meet pricing requirements, etc. • P&L Management • Achieving assigned targets • Ensure smooth retail sales operation with frequent market visits • Work out annual budgets and design trade and consumer promotions. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree with MBA • 7-10 years of experience in multinational FMCG and consumer products modern trade and supermarket chains business development and account management. • Minimum of 5 years’ similar experience in the UAE. • Strong background in retail, wholesale and food new sales and distribution, category management and trade marketing. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc • Arabic speakers will be preferred
