Job Description : Finance Manager to join an established operation in West Africa, offering a package that looks very different from what you’ll find in the local market. ?? Flights provided ???? You’ll form part of the in-country management team, taking ownership of Finance alongside wider business support functions including HR, IT, Procurement and Facilities. From a finance perspective, you’ll have exposure across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cashflow, working capital, job costing, commercial analysis, audit and controls, with a real opportunity to influence how the operation performs. We’re looking for a either qualified or part-qualified finance professionals with strong commercial experience who is comfortable being hands-on, making decisions and operating in a fast-paced environment. It won’t be the right move for everyone. But if you’re open to working internationally, want something genuinely different and like the idea of a rotational role with the major living and travel costs taken care of, this is well worth a conversation.
