Job Description : CHRO / Head HR | Delhi NCRWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic, strategic and people focused HR leader for CHRO / Head HR for a leading organization with 2500+ Cr Turnover.Ideal Profile:• 18+ years of HR experience out of which last 5 yrs in Leadership role.• MBA/Master’s is HR Full time.• Experience leading corporate HR, Plant HR, Sales HR for a large-scale/Mid-scale organization• Preferably from a promoter-driven / founder-led company• Strong expertise in People Strategy, HR Transformation, Capability Building, Talent Management, Leadership Development amp; Organization Building• Location: Delhi NCR• Compensation: ?1.5-2.0 Cr PA
