Job Description : GROUP CEO UAE FOR MINING 25+ years experience The Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) is a part-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, financial health, and operational performance of the group’s businesses. The Group CEO will lead long-term business planning, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment of group-wide goals with market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior leaders across functions, reviewing financial and operational reports, making data-informed decisions about resource allocation, and driving growth initiatives in sales and partnerships. The Group CEO will also foster a culture of accountability, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, investors, and board members. This role requires effective remote collaboration with global teams, regular virtual meetings, and occasional travel if needed. Qualifications Strong financial leadership skills, including Finance expertise and the ability to interpret and use financial data for decision-making. Proficiency in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and managing multi-entity operations. Demonstrated capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting group-wide objectives and developing actionable roadmaps. Experience in Sales leadership, including guiding revenue strategies, building key relationships, and supporting business development efforts. Proven track record in executive or senior leadership roles, ideally within complex or multi-entity organizations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and cross-cultural environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and risk management. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent executive-level experience.
