Job Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER ABU DHABI, UAE A leading infrastructure contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced COO to oversee day to day operations, drive business performance, and lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges and utilities. • Oversee operational performance across multiple infrastructure projects. • Lead project directors, operations teams and senior management. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards. • Drive profitability, efficiency and operational improvements. • Support business development, tendering and strategic growth. Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement. • Proven senior leadership experience with an infrastructure contractor in the UAE or GCC. • Strong commercial, operational and project delivery background.
