Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR DUBAI, UAE A leading main contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead its commercial function, overseeing contract management, cost control and commercial performance across multiple construction projects. • Lead and manage the commercial department and commercial teams. • Oversee contract administration, procurement, cost control and quantity surveying. • Manage project budgets, cash flow, profitability and commercial risk. • Lead contractual negotiations, claims, variations and dispute resolution. • Ensure effective subcontractor and client contract management. • Provide commercial reporting and strategic advice to senior management. • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and minimise commercial exposure.
