Job Description : HEAD OF QHSE DUBAI, UAE A leading main contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head of QHSE to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards across its construction projects in the UAE. • Lead and manage the company's QHSE department and site teams. Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures and strategies. • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. • Monitor QHSE performance across multiple construction projects. • Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments. • Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture. • Work closely with senior management, project teams and clients. • Work closely with senior management, project teams and clients.
