This opportunity will suit an accomplished ???????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? or ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? with a demonstrable history of delivering complex mining and mineral processing infrastructure. ???????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????: • Significant construction leadership experience on large-scale mining and processing developments. • Direct involvement in gold processing plants, associated infrastructure and complex construction programmes. • Proven success managing EPC/EPCM contractors and multidisciplinary construction teams. • Strong technical understanding across civil, structural, mechanical, piping and electrical works. • Experience delivering projects through construction, mechanical completion and commissioning readiness. • An established track record of maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule and cost performance. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????
