Manager – Transformation Programmes

Job Description : Manager – Transformation Programmes, Operational Excellence & PMO SERH Group | Abu Dhabi, UAE SERH Group is looking for an experienced Manager – Transformation Programmes, Operational Excellence & PMO to lead strategic transformation initiatives and drive successful programme delivery across the Group. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of the SERH Independence Programme and EXG Establishment Programme. • Own integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and critical paths across workstreams. • Coordinate and steer workstream leads across HR, IT, Finance and Legal. • Establish strong PMO governance, reporting and programme controls. • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution. • Prepare clear programme dashboards and executive updates for ExCom and the Board. • Support senior leadership with structured analysis, recommendations and escalation management. • Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability and successful programme outcomes. Candidate Profile: • 8–12 years of experience in programme management, transformation delivery or PMO. • Proven experience in carve-outs, business separation, post-merger integration or operating model implementation. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline. • PMP, PgMP or MSP certification preferred. • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • Strong C-level and senior stakeholder management experience. • Excellent planning, risk management, issue resolution and executive reporting skills. • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced transformation environment.
