HR Operations Manager

Job Description : HR Operations Manager LOCATION * Qatar REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role • Strong construction industry experience is MUST • GCC experience highly preferred • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management & labor laws • Experience handling large, multicultural workforces • Recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement & HR compliance • Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage daily HR operations across the organization • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations • Lead employee relations, performance management & disciplinary processes • Support manpower planning and workforce management • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records & HR reporting • Partner with business leaders on HR-related needs • Drive HR process improvements and best practices
