Commercial Director

Job Description : Commercial Director.UK Open to International candidates Edinburgh Street Food generated £10.7m of gross site revenue in FY26, delivering its third consecutive year of sales growth and improved profitability. In June 2027 we open Manchester Street Food: 700 covers, a mini-cinema, dedicated private-hire space, a games room and a 193-apartment hotel above. It is the next step in building Street Food Holdings into a UK-wide group. To get there we need a commercial lead who can take the model we have proven in Edinburgh and grow it. I am hiring a Commercial Director to join our board and own revenue growth across the Group. That means more customers, more frequent visits and higher spend in the venues we have. It also means growing the revenue streams we have already built — ticketed events, partnerships, sponsorship and brand activations — while developing new revenue lines, including private hire, outside catering and delivery. The right person will have the entrepreneurial spirit to imagine, develop and deliver opportunities beyond that list. It will suit someone who has owned a revenue number in hospitality, leisure, events or consumer brands and is ready for a founder-led business rather than a corporate one. Salary - £80,000–£95,000, bonus of up to 30%, EMI share options. Flexible/hybrid, UK-wide.
