Job Description : CFO KUWAIT Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Monitor and control financial risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place. Supervise and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations. Drive initiatives to optimise cost efficiency and maximise profitability. The Successful Applicant A successful CFO should have: 15+ years of finance leadership experience. CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director experience. Exposure to investment companies, sovereign wealth structures, private equity, venture capital or investment management organisations. Strong corporate governance expertise. Treasury, portfolio reporting and investment finance experience. Experience supporting boards, investment committees or government-related stakeholders. Middle East experience.
