Head of Finance

Job Description : Head of Finance in Dubai. The role is with a global tech company: presence across many markets, different jurisdictions, and a developed finance team. Who we are looking for: A senior finance leader with a strong international background, ready to own the whole function end to end. Requirements: - 10+ years in finance, in-house at international companies - fluent Russian and English, Russian is required - experience as Head of Finance, CFO or Finance Director in a multi-entity company - treasury, statutory accounting and tax across several jurisdictions - experience building and leading finance teams - qualified accountant is a plus (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) - willingness to relocate permanently to Dubai is must On the company side: A long-term horizon, direct access to senior leadership, modern tools and automation across the function, and a transparent all-cash package.
