RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER ST MARTEEN AND ST THOMAS Lead operational processes across branches, achieve sales and profitability targets, streamline supply chains, and minimize shrinkage/wastage. Key Responsibilities: * Directly supervise all branches and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Monitor financial performance, sales ratios, and profitability. * Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and reduce wastage/shrinkage rates. * Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and the operations team. Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience: 8 to 12 years in the retail sector, with at least 3 years in the same role. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Skills: Proficiency in retail ERP systems (ERP/SAP), along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
