Reporting To: Business Head - Africa We are hiring a Head of Finance for a leading FMCG distribution business in Nigeria. This role requires a commercially driven finance leader who can partner with business teams to drive profitability, working capital performance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting. Drive commercial finance and business partnering across sales, marketing, and operations. Analyze profitability by brand, SKU, customer, and channel. Evaluate pricing, trade schemes, margins, and commercial proposals. Optimize working capital, receivables, collections, and inventory performance. Lead business reviews and provide actionable insights to support growth. Partner with manufacturing and supply teams on costing, transfer pricing, and reconciliations. Strengthen financial controls, compliance, MIS, and governance frameworks. Ideal Candidate ? Qualified CA with strong commercial finance experience ? Background in FMCG, distribution, trading, or consumer products ? Expertise in profitability analysis, business partnering, and working capital management ? Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
