CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 12+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Sterile LVP manufacturing and production management. - Experience in injectable manufacturing operations, filling lines, sterilization processes and GMP compliance. - Candidates with relevant sterile plant leadership experience will be preferred. Tax-Free Salary KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Overall leadership and management of Sterile LVP (Large Volume Parenteral) manufacturing and production operations. - Manage end-to-end manufacturing activities, including solution preparation, filtration, sterilization, filling, sealing and terminal sterilization, wherever applicable. - Ensure strict compliance with aseptic processing requirements, cGMP, WHO-GMP guidelines, SOPs and data integrity standards. - Oversee LVP manufacturing lines, filling operations, equipment performance and production planning to achieve monthly targets. - Ensure batch manufacturing records, logbooks, process documentation and production reports are completed accurately. - Monitor critical process parameters, deviations, investigations, CAPA and change control in coordination with QA. - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Microbiology, Warehouse and Validation departments to ensure smooth plant operations. - Maintain contamination control practices, hygiene standards, cleanroom discipline and personnel safety. - Drive productivity improvement, yield optimization, reduction of batch rejections and operational efficiency. - Lead, train and develop production personnel, including supervisors, officers and operators. - Ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance. - Support audits, inspections, equipment qualification, process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
