Opportunity: Senior Marketing Leadership We are looking for an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to join a leading FMCG group in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven marketing professional with a strong track record in brand building, portfolio growth, consumer insights and go-to-market execution. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead brand and portfolio strategies to drive market share, revenue and profitability. Own brand performance, marketing budgets and strategic growth initiatives. Drive product innovation, pricing, promotions and revenue growth management. Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital and shopper marketing campaigns. Strengthen trade marketing execution across general and modern trade channels. Manage and develop high-performing marketing teams. ????Ideal Candidate: Profile10–15 years of progressive FMCG marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibilities. Strong background in brand/category management with proven P&L accountability. Experience with leading FMCG organisations across food, beverages, home care or personal care. Expertise in consumer marketing, innovation, trade marketing and commercial strategy. MBA from a reputed business school preferred. African market experience will be a strong advantage.
