Job Description : HEAD – HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) ???? ???? Location: Nigeria ???? Industry: Steel Manufacturing ???? Experience: 12–15+ Years ???? Qualification: Engineering / Environmental / Industrial Safety / OHamp;S ???? Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH preferred We are looking for an experienced HSE Head to lead safety and environmental functions across a high-risk steel manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: • Lead plant-wide HSE strategy and safety culture • Manage statutory & regulatory compliance in Nigeria • Implement and maintain ISO 14001:2015 EMS • Oversee safety across induction furnace, hot/cold rolling, scrap yard & material handling operations • Manage crane, ladle handling, molten metal and heavy equipment safety • Lead HIRA, JSA, incident investigation, CAPA & emergency response • Drive HSE training, audits, BBS and environmental compliance ???? Ideal Candidate: Strong hands-on experience in steel manufacturing, particularly melting/furnace and rolling mill operations, with proven leadership in high-risk industrial environments.
