Job Description : PLANT MANAGER – WATER PURIFICATION & BOTTLING PLANT ???? Location: Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ???? Designation: Plant Manager – Water Purification & Bottling ???? Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Food Technology, or a related technical discipline ? Experience: 8–10 years in manufacturing, preferably in bottled water, beverages, or high-speed PET bottling. ? Must-Haves Hands-on experience in high-speed PET bottling lines; SIDEL experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of water treatment processes, including RO, sand/carbon filtration, ozone and UV. Strong expertise in end-to-end plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and manpower management. Sound understanding of OEE, line efficiency, downtime, preventive maintenance and cost control. Basic English proficiency, willingness to relocate to DRC, and commitment to a one-year continuous overseas assignment before home leave. ????
