Job Description : Plant Manager (Indian Expatriate) Location: Nigeria Salary: $4000 Industry: Plastic Manufacturing About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Indian Expatriate Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations, production activities, and financial performance of our client manufacturing plant. Candidate should have a strong background in Engineering or Finance/Accounting, with proven experience in plant operations, production planning, cost management, and process optimization. Requirements and Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant management, manufacturing operations, or industrial management. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of production management, operational efficiency, and process improvement. Demonstrated expertise in cost control, budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. Ability to interpret production data, financial reports, and operational performance.
