If you understand the nuances of luxury Indian couture, artisan value chains, high-end retail, and turning creative concepts into scalable commercial success, this role is for you. ### **What You Will Do** ???? **Scale the Business:** Own the end-to-end P&L, drive aggressive topline growth, and build sustainable profitability. ???? **Drive Retail & Operations:** Spearhead premium retail operations, omnichannel expansion, and exceptional clienteling experiences. ???? **Curate & Buy:** Lead buying, merchandising, and assortment strategies aligned with the luxury Indian design aesthetic. ???? **Partner with Design:** Collaborate closely with designers and concept teams to translate creative visions into market-ready, high-demand collections. ### **Who We Are Looking For** ????
