Job Description : Retail Store Manager For Sharjah-based Fashion Retail Chain Salary: AED 16,500 to AED 22,000 Experience: Min 8 years in Retail Business Job Location: Sharjah, UAE Accommodation will be provided to selected candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth business activities. Lead and supervise the store team, assign responsibilities, and monitor staff performance. Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining high customer service standards. Monitor inventory, stock movement, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience. Prepare sales and operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Ensure company policies, retail procedures, and operational standards are followed by the entire team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: Min 18 years in retail business, with previous experience in store management. Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team management skills. Good understanding of retail sales, inventory control, and store operations. UAE retail experience will be an advantage.
