Job Description : Procurement Manager Nationality: Any ????: Qatar Duration: Permanent We are seeking a senior Procurement Manager to lead the entire Procurement Department, developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships across Oil & Gas EPC projects. Roles & Responsibilities ? Lead and manage the entire Procurement Department and its daily operations. ? Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with project requirements. ? Oversee supplier selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders. ? Manage procurement budgets, cost control, and timely delivery of materials and equipment. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. ? Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and other departments. Qualifications ? 18-20+ years of relevant professional experience. ? Strong background in the Oil & Gas EPC industry is mandatory. ? Proven experience leading and managing an entire Procurement Department. ? Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and procurement processes. Required Documents ?
