Job Description : Finance Director – Construction & Infrastructure | Dubai, UAE ABOUT THIS EXECUTIVE ROLE A major construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial strategy, project controls, budgeting, commercial performance, and financial governance across a complex project portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Oversee project financial performance and cash-flow management. • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management. • Partner with commercial and project teams on contract performance. • Evaluate capital allocation and investment decisions. • Advise executive leadership on financial strategy and profitability. REQUIREMENTS • Extensive senior finance experience in construction or infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of project finance, cost control, and cash-flow management. • Proven experience managing complex financial portfolios. • Excellent commercial analysis and executive communication skills. • UAE or GCC project experience is highly valued.
